A plan made with you
Goals and services are reviewed as your needs and progress change.
You do not need to have everything figured out before you come in. Harbor of Health offers private, respectful outpatient care for adults, with counseling, coordinated medical support, and a plan built around your real life.

The first visit is not a test. It is a private chance to talk about what is happening now, what you want to change, and what kind of support can be provided safely in an outpatient setting.
You do not need to choose a service before contacting Harbor. These guides explain the care options you can discuss with the team.
Start with a private assessment, then build a plan that may include counseling, overdose-risk education, medical coordination, and recovery support.
